Cozy one bedroom house located on a plot of 300m. and after being two years rented continuously we return with bathroom and terrace recently renovated. It has a small kitchen, bathroom with bathtub and all the details, living room and on the upper floor, which is accessed by a spiral staircase, is the double bedroom. The outdoor terrace is glazed with windows to enjoy both winter and summer. Renovated in typical Andalusian style with wood beams and hydraulic floor, they will feel like they were once with all the luxury and comfort of the 21st century. The double bed is located under a window adapted in the ceiling through which you can see the starry sky of the Palmareñas nights while slowly sleeping while listening to the roar of the sea. When the roosters and the breaking of the morning waves wake them up, they will be able to see from their glazed headboard the coast and the dazzling shine that characterizes the Costa de la Luz. It has another table with chairs next to the pond where breakfast is enjoyed in the best location of the land, which is the best time of day to enjoy it. Between the terrace and the bed is the pond with fish and frogs in which the sound of the water will make you relax completely and complete the desired relaxation cycle on your vacation.
