Positive: The place was very clean and recently refurbished as it shows in the pictures. The check-in and check-out were very easy-going, the property management very nice and responsive. The location next to Cruz de Tejeda and the view must be wonderful by clear sky and good weather. We could still enjoy the mountains a lot and hike out of the fog and clouds just by descending a few hundred meters. Easy park in front of the house.

Negative: I would not recommend the house at this altitude by cold, rainy, cloudy days. I think that it is not a proper place for rent in winter. There is no central heating, no heating in the bathroom or anywhere in the house except for an auxiliary gas appliance. It was 9°C and very humid inside when we got in. Also note that 2 out of the 3 bedrooms are entirely detached from the main apartment, making them not usable without heating or even by good weather with young children.
