Fisherman's house completely renovated located in the fishing district of Fornells. The small harbor, the beaches, the houses that surround it and its natural surroundings of great beauty, make this place ideal for an authentic vacation of peace and tranquility on the Costa Brava. It was in this small town where the Costa Brava was christened with this name, in a dinner of scholars of the early twentieth century.
The house is located 20 meters from the sea, 1 minute from Cala n'Estasia, 5 minutes from the beautiful Playa Fonda and 15 minutes from Aiguablava beach by roundabout (3 minutes by car). The village of Begur, one of the most characteristic and authentic of the Costa Brava is only 4km. The village has all the services of restaurants, banks and supermarkets, as well as being one of the most touristic of the Costa Brava.
The house is distributed on three levels, all with exterior windows. It has two bedrooms. The upstairs bedroom has a double bed, a bathroom with shower and a terrace overlooking the sea. The lower floor room has a double bed, a single bed, washing machine and bathroom with shower. In the middle floor there is access to the house, a small kitchen, a dining room with fireplace, TV and a sofa bed for two people. The fully equipped kitchen includes microwave, ceramic hob, oven, toaster and coffee maker. The rent includes bed linen and towels.
