Summary: The hotel is okay, but not 5 star. A solid 4 star. The renovated rooms are much nicer than the old ones, but sadly, the renovation project which is still running, creates some disruption (lifts not working etc.) The fitness area is a joke, with much machines malfunctioning or worn out. What sealed the fate, was our request toi check out at 1pm rather than noon which was turned down, since "they needed the room". My guess is that occupancy was around 50% max.
