With a built area in excess of 380 square metres, even when fully occupied, there is room for everyone to have their own space!The large main living room is airy and beautiful. It features solid wood roof beams, terracotta tiled floor, traditional fireplace, cosy sofas and easy chairs. The large, flat screen TV offers smart TV including British channels, as well as a fast internet connection. With air conditioning, it offers the perfect place for everyone to chill out and watch a film.The separate dining room is light, bright and airy. Large French windows let in the soft Mediterranean light, and the solid wood table and chairs make it a really inviting place for the family to congregate for dinner.The dining room opens up onto a gorgeous, secluded outdoor terrace that features lovely wooden decking, blooming pot plants, as well as plenty of tables and chairs for relaxation. This deck overlooks the pool, which enjoys the sun all day.The kitchen is not only spacious and attractive, but also practical. It is fully equipped with all the mod cons you need such as the large, American-style fridge freezer, induction hob, large microwave and Nespresso machine. Barbecue tools and a coal barbecue are also provided. A recent addition is a filtered water tap which offers drinking water, saving on the need for endless plastic bottles!The villa has been refurbished very recently and now offers a super self-contained games room, including a pool table, big sofa and large internet TV. This room overlooks the outdoor table tennis area and terrace where a lovely seating area catches the evening sun.On the ground floor, there is a large double bedroom, newly refurbished shower room, and another twin bedroom.
