Positive: This is a small chic hotel, it is one of the oldest in Madrid which has a certain charm and they do a great job keeping it updated. Rooms are fantastic particularly the 2 bedroom suite. It was so comfortable and spotless and spacious and well appointed. This hotel is about service, you will feel taken care of as soon as you arrive till the time you leave. Will stay here again.
