Positive: Free child care morning and afternoon most days. 2 hour sessions. Lotte and other child care staff were great and the kids (3 and 5) enjoyed it each time, and were always keen to go back. (As a note, the hotel, child care and entertainment is great for under 10s but very little in terms of activities for over 10s). We were half board. The quality of the food seems to have dipped a bit since here last year (when it was at times exceptional) but remained of a high standard.

Negative: The early evening free entertainment for the 3-10 year olds (from 7 to 8pm) was mixed. The kids just want to dance but instead some nights there was a lot of talking from the staff on stage (following their instructions, I'm sure). The kids were in the main not interested and all the kids wanted to do was dance. More songs for them to dance to, please, with actions from the staff on stage (who were, aside from the above issue, which was not their fault, great).
