Summary: If I could give this hotel a 100/5 I would! THE BEST staff we have have encountered in our travels of WU, Asia and the Americas! The staff went above and beyond to ensure they exceeded our every expectation! Accommodated us arriving early, called us taxis, called and made us reservations for meals and wine tastings. Super superb!
