Positive: We had a fantastic stay here. The room was spacious and spotless. And the view from the balcony was extraordinary, especially during sunrise! The food was delicious and varied every day, cocktails were lovely too. The pool was good and there were more than enough sunbeds for everyone. You also have access to the sea by a door connecting the pool area to the beach. The staff was phenomenal, they hustled and were always super nice. I also participated in Saturday yoga where they had a yoga teacher and a musician come in which was amazing. There are a lot of other entertainment and fitness options too, but without the entertainer being annoying or too pushy. Evening entertainment was good, sometimes there was live music and other days there were shows (magic, acrobatics,...) You can go everywhere by bus if you want to do some sightseeing because there is a bus stop just a few meters from the hotel.

Negative: Sometimes the waitstaff couldn't keep up with clearing the tables and setting them up again but this was simply due to a lack of staff because they didn't stop working for a second. There aren't that many great vegetarian options in the warm food area of the buffet unfortunately, mostly cooked veggies and pizza. We didn't try the beach club which comes at 35€ a day per balinese bed as that didn't seem to be worth the money to us.
