Large sliding doors can be opened to the surrounding corner balcony, which now also the other senses can perceive this dreamlike nature. It is modernly equipped and offers everything needed to make a relaxing and pleasant stay possible. They enjoy a unique view of the Atlantic Ocean and the tropical garden. The small kitchen is functional, so you can also cater for yourself. Another highlight is certainly the pretty corner balcony, as well as a small terrace in front of the apartment, where you can enjoy the beautiful nature and the unique view as the mood takes you. The apartment has central heating, so that even during the rather cooler days in the winter nobody has to freeze. Another highlight is the indoor pool with countercurrent system and LED multicolour pool lighting heated to approx. 24 degrees Celsius. In the wellness area there is also a Finnish sauna, which can be used by appointment of up to 4 people for a fee. A pool bar with coffee machine, kettle for tea, as well as various soft drinks, are available to our guests inclusive. The Villa Larnia is surrounded by a tropical garden on a hillside about 170 meters above the Atlantic Ocean. It is an absolutely quiet urbanization with almost exclusively owner-occupied villas. Our guests, who have their own entrance from the street to their apartment, can move and stay in different places on the property. On the one hand there is the back garden with lawn for sunning in the morning or for practicing sports such as gymnastics, yoga, etc. Yoga mats are available. Neither this area, nor the small breakfast terrace in front of the apartment entrance nor the terrace in front of the indoor pool is visible from the outside. On the pool terrace is a "Walker", which invites you to exercise with sea views. On the west side of the villa is the sun terrace in height of the owner's apartment.
