The closest small natural sand beach in an almost untouched small Canarian fishing village (El Puertito) can be reached by car in about 8 minutes. Smaller corner shops, an excellent German butcher shop and a few restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. The house is detached with its own terrace and sea view. The living room (40m ²) is with upholstered furniture, which can be pulled out to a sofa bed (170cm x 180cm) for 2 people. TV - digital satellite antenna for almost all German television and radio programs. Free WiFi routers for the Internet are included. Between the living room and kitchen is the dining area with a dining table for 4 people. The kitchen has a 3-plate induction cooker and fridge, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer, as well as cutlery, dishes and a large selection of saucepans. Separate utility room with washing machine, ironing board and iron. The bedroom is furnished with a large double bed (2m x 2m). In the bathroom there are cosmetic mirrors, hairdryers, towels, shower, toilet, bidet and sink. Another bathroom is located outside on the terrace. The large, invisible private terrace of the house includes two natural stone dining tables, a large parasol and sun loungers and a brick outdoor kitchen. During the day, the wonderful view of the Atlantic and the neighboring island of La Gomera captivates, which is replaced by the sea of lights on the Costa Adeje at night.
