The holiday apartment Maisonette is located at the port of Tazacorte, the idyllic ancient part of the fishing village. The vast sand beach is just a few meters away. The place with the longest sand beach of the island offers to the guest many possibilities how to spend the leisure time. In the small town there are several restaurants, a supermarket, a pharmacy, a fashion shop and a goldsmith, a gift shop and an ice cream parlour. In the traffic-free old town quarter called port of Tazacorte you will find the original lifestyle of the Palmeros. It is not necessary to rent a car because you have a bus and a taxi station just around.
Beside trips with excursion boats for wale and dolphin watching there is a canoe rental on the long sand beach. As well you can rent sun loungers and parasols at the beach.

The two upper floors of the 3 storey house are connected together with a spiral staircase (not suitable for children). The apartment has a size of approximately 65m2. The Maisonette offers a furnished terrace with ocean view as well as to the Caldera de Taburiente, further there is a small balcony with view to the „El Time“.
The interior equipment of this holiday apartment is comfortable with a wooden floor and natural stone tiles. The living-room/kitchen area is bright and friendly with french balconies. A bathroom with shower as well as a sleeping room are on the same level. Through an open woodern spiral staircase you reach the top floor (sole use). There you have another living room with a sofa bed for 1-2 persons and an access to the furnished sun terrace and the balcony.
