Positive: The location is spot on, 10 minutes walking distance to the beach and the bus station right in front. The seaview was amazing, but on the first floor you have no privacy, people waiting in the bus station were all eyes through the massive widows, as there are no curtains, only the electric blinds.

Negative: Issue 1: The awful smell coming from the fast food that's right beneath this first floor flat. Issue 2: The excessive vehicle's exhaust pollution coming from the traffic that pass in front of the balcony and the disturbing noise of the vans who supply the shops in the early morning. Isuue 3: The washing machine had a disgusting gunk and mold built up in the gasket and made all our clothes smell sour and came out with a mildew smell each time! Issue 4: Was a total torture to take a shower, because now you have hot boiling water flowing through and in the next second is freezing cold, and so back and forth. We couldn't manage to get a decent shower in our 5 nights stay, our daughter was actually horrified to get in the shower and to feel the russian roulette, boiling hot or freezing cold!? Also the shower cabin handle suddenly fell off on the second day. Issue 5: Some old blood stains on the mattress protector, but we always use our own protector since we have kids. Issue 6: The living room has a very uncomfortable sofa to sleep on, and being a heavy individual I felt all the wooden hard spots through the night.

Summary: Amazing sea view, but that's it!
