Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: A small room but sufficient for one night. Air conditioning is available. Good location if you need to sleep one night in Madrid before your connecting flight - one stop (by metro) from the airport. In the morning I had a very early flight when the public transport is not operating yet, and Uber cost me 10 euros and it took 10 minutes to the airport.

Negative: Did not notice anything negative.
