Summary: Beautiful Suite, but No Heating in Cold Weather We booked a romantic room with champagne and chocolates and were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a suite — it was spacious, elegant, and very nice. Unfortunately, the stay was uncomfortable because the rooms had no heating, and we were told that, by hotel policy, the heat would not be turned on until next week. It was very cold at night, which really affected the experience. It’s a pity, because everything else — the staff, the room, and the atmosphere — was great. But without proper heating, it’s hard to recommend staying here during cold weather.
