Summary: Im staying in your hotel for 2 nights. This morning around 11.00 o'clock i reclaimed at the reception that the matras of one of the beds is very unstable, its goes down on the sides. Very uncomfortable for sleeping. I requested at the reception to change the matras. I came back to the hotel tonight around 9 o'clock but nothing has changed. I'm very disappointed that I will need to sleep one more night on a uncomfortable matras. Email sent to the hotel and issue not risolved. Little attention and terrible customer service.
