Summary: Honestly could not have asked for more. The service in the hotel was perfect- friendly and helpful.Professionals doing their job very well. We actually unusually,chose a suite- worked so well for us mid- trip with loads of complications- wonderful space to relax. Loved the pool and the situation. Was no problem to them that we had booked breakfast then the time of our pre- booked wildlife tour changed so they bagged it up for us. Ate in the restaurant the first night because we were tired and didn’t want the hassle of finding somewhere else- ate there the second night because we had enjoyed the first so much.
