The house is distributed on 2 floors, on the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and one with two single beds, 1 bathroom with shower, living-dining room and fully equipped kitchenette. On the 1st floor with independent access by stairs there is 1 bedroom, bathroom with shower, solarium, outdoor shower and views to the sea.
The house is fully equipped, with air conditioning hot/cold in the living-dining room and bedrooms, ceiling fans in all bedrooms, washing machine, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, TV with TDT.
There is a parking space within the plot and porch with table and chairs for outdoor dining.

Denia provides a very good infrastructure and a huge offer of leisure activities, a mondern Marina and a fishing port, an attractive historic centre and an enormous choice of good restaurants. Last but not least an interesting night live! The diversified 20 km long sandy beach offers something for everyone, water sport activities, calm areas, beach bars, cliffy bays in the nature reserve, great for diving and snorkeling. Denia is situated exactely between Valencia and Alicante, from both airports the holiday home can be reached within about 1 hour 10 minutes. Within 20 minutes to max. 1 hour you can reach several other lovely places on the coast, i.e. Javea, Calpe, Altea, Benidorm, an Alicante in the south, as well as Oliva, Gandia and Valencia in the north. Also a trip to the back country is worth to do, you will see lots of orange groves, almond trees and quaint villages between green hills and mountains. 2 renowned golf courses (Oliva Nova and La Sella Golf) are at only 9 resp. 13 km from the bungalow.
