In typical local construction, it was built in 2006 with high quality materials. Inside, it has 2 bedrooms with air conditioning, a full bath, a spacious living room with open fireplace and dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with adjoining utility room. Facilities include: air conditioning (w / c), satellite Tv, Wi-Fi Internet, low-consumption electric heating, gas hob / oven, filter coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, crockery & cutlery, bed linen and shower towels.
