Positive: Well furnished apartment in a residential area very close to supermarkets (Mercadona, LIDL), free parking, perfect to explore Tenerife South. It has everything you need to prepare your meals at home (electric hobs, microwave, moka and some coffee is provided). The sofa is very comfortable, perfect to relax. It has a tub shower combo and water pressure is great. Nearby containers to separate waste. Nextdoor tourists were loud but it's not renter's fault, we turned some music on 🎵 Self check-in is very convenient.

Negative: The single bed in the little bedroom needs to be fixed, one leg is almost broken
