Los Pinos urbanization is a well maintained high standard complex and it’s a quiet family-oriented community where to come and relax and enjoy the surroundings. It’s s not suitable for the younger groups or guest that is looking for party. This is a beautiful and peaceful place where all guest are to respect the neighbours and nearby houses. Parties are not allowed nor play music or making noises at inappropriate volumes and the quiet hours to respect the neighbourhood is from 23.00-09.00

The second bedroom with a double bed has its own small cozy terrace. The third bedroom features a sofa bed comfortable for 1 person, as it has been converted into an office room with desk and chair.
From the living room, you have access to the covered terrace with the dining area, its south-west orientation you can enjoy the sunset over the valley. The kitchen is fully equipped for a relaxing holiday. There is a separate utility room with laundry facilities.
