Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment in the fantastic urbanisation La Dama de Noche. The urbanisation is just a short 15-20 minutes walk from the beach and the world famous Puerto Banús, offers guests 2 enormous communal swimming pools (seasonal availability), 6 padel tennis courts, well manicured and mature gardens, children’s play park, an onsite restaurant, and 24 hour security.
The apartment is furnished to a high standard and offers guests every comfort, to ensure that they have a comfortable and carefree holiday in the sun.
Through the front door, guests will find the doorway to the kitchen in front, the corridor to the 2 bedrooms and bathrooms on the left, and the living room and access to the terrace on the right. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and utilities expected of a well kept holiday home. Guests will find; a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, blender, and toaster.
The master bedroom is located at the end of the corridor. It offers guests a spacious room with a double bed and ensuite bathroom with bath/shower. The second bedroom also has a double bed and has access to the second bathroom, which also has a bath/shower.
The living room is well furnished and very comfortable. Guests will find a dining area with chairs for 6 people, 2 large sofas facing a smart TV, and the large windows that lead to the terrace.
