There are two large community pools, one for adults and one for children. The house is very spacious, has 180 square meters with views of the sea and Mount Teide. It has all the amenities in a very quiet environment and close to beaches, good restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy. From the different viewpoints of the urbanization of La Quinta you can enjoy incredible views of the sea, the valley of La Orotava, Puerto de la Cruz, and the entire north of the island. And you can see incredible sunsets.
If you like to practice sport at 3 minutes walking there is a gym and heated swimming pools.
On the first floor is the kitchen. It is very spacious with a table for 6 people and TV SMART TV, DISHWASHER, microwave, washing machine, oven, induction plate, coffee maker, toaster, juice squeezer, blender and much kitchenware and utensils. The living room with a large relax sofa and table for 8 people, 46 '' SMART TV with international channels in different languages. A nice toilet and two garden terraces with quality furniture and a BBQ
where they can have breakfast, lunch or dinner, lie in the sun or sit and enjoy the surroundings.
On the upper floor are the four rooms that are very spacious and two other bathrooms, one with a bath and the other with a shower. One of the bathrooms is inside one of the rooms. All mattresses are new, comfortable and of quality. There are 2 baby cots and 2 baby seats available.
The whole house has large windows through which a lot of natural light and sun enters.
The bathrooms and the entire floor of the house are marble. The bedding and towels are of quality. Pool towels will be available.
Every week there is a free house cleaning with change of bed linen and towels.
