Positive: The apartment was spotless clean and perfectly ideal for me as a solo traveler but would suit a couple also. It was a 3 minute walk from the top of San Miguel and a 5 minute walk to the train station. The bus terminus was located between the apartment and San Miguel. The owner was fantastic with their communication, making sure I knew how to get to the apartment and where to find the keys. There was a bottle of water on arrival, small I know but we paid thousands on a villa and all that was left for us was a box of cleaning equipment 🤣🤣🤣. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board, dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, kettle, toaster and a full size fridge available to you here, you will want for nothing in this aspect. There is also air conditioning and a TV. You also have access to WiFi. I would highly recommend a visit.

Negative: This is just so folks know there is no balcony BUT realistically you are not going to spend much time in the apartment as there's plenty of bars and restaurants within minutes of this location and the beach is a nice walk down the San Miguel
