Magnificent house with pool in Puerto de Pollença with all the amenities for 8 guests to enjoy a pleasant holiday.Pretty natural stone paths lead you through the garden and to the pool terrace, where sun loungers invite you to enjoy the Mediterranean sun. Refresh yourself in the 9 x 4.5m large freshwater pool with a water depth of 0.60 - 1.90m. The pool is cleaned with chlorine. Next to the pool is the furnished porch with BBQ, the perfect place for dining outdoors and long barbecues with friends and family. More seating areas in the garden and on the terraces form small retreat islands. There is lawn in front of the house is where the children can play and run. Natural garden with trees and Mediterranean plants completes the outdoor area. This is a town house and there are next door neighbours.All rooms are located on the ground floor. From the poolside terrace you enter a bright, air-conditioned living area with comfortable sofas and satellite TV, perfect for reading or sitting together. The adjoining living - dining area is comfortably furnished. In the separate kitchen, with ceramic hob, all important appliances and utensils, there is a second dining table for 6 persons. A washing machine, ironing board and iron are in the laundry room. There are four bedrooms, with wardrobe and air conditioning, to rest comfortably. Two of them have two single beds and another two have a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. A third bathroom with a bathtub also serves the whole house.
