Positive: Peaceful surroundings, on the edge of a small quiet town with a small supermarket and a few restaurants. Spacious, reasonably comfortable apartment with nice views and pleasant grounds.

Negative: Our apartment needed a mirror in the bedroom and a curtain to one window. The BBQ mentioned is in the garden common area, not very close to the apartment
