Positive: After we mentioned our concerns, the manager Ramon came to see us and offered a new room. We really appreciated his gesture and professionalism. Thanks to him, the rest of our stay was very pleasant. The hotel is clean, beautiful, and well-maintained. Overall, a good experience after a rough start.

Negative: At first, our stay started with some noise — gardeners trimming the hedges around 8:30 a.m. right next to our room. Not ideal for relaxing mornings. The hotel is advertised as Adults Only, but in reality only a small area is. The rest is shared with families and children. It’s a nice place, but probably better suited for families than for couples looking for peace and quiet.
