Excellent apartment in S'Agaró, next to Sant Pol beach, with all kinds of amenities to enjoy a fantastic holiday on the Costa Brava.
This accommodation is located in a quiet environment, just 300 meters from the beach and very close to recreational areas, restaurants, etc. It also has a communal area of more than 3000 m2 with swimming pool, table tennis, football goals, parking, etc.
When we enter the apartment we find the hall with access to the dining area / living room with access to a spacious terrace overlooking the communal green area and the swimming pool. The house is all on the same level where we find the kitchen, with access to a balcony, 3 bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with 2 single beds and another with a bunk bed), a bathroom and a toilet. The accommodation is located on the third floor.
