As near as no other building in town, it lies directly on the 2 km stretch of fine sandy beach. Adjacent to this is the famous Hotel SABINA (formerly Osiris). The apartment on 7th floor in its front side has a fantastic, miles long view of the entire bay in both directions and of the morning sun. Through the corners from the sides of patio and to the back of kitchen, one can have an even clear view of the whole town and the mountain in the back-land regions as well as the evening sun. 2 elevators in the house. Only walking zone on all sides. There are 2 cafés, boutiques and a bicycle rental near the entrance in the ground floor.
Public parking just 200m away offers guaranteed and free parking. There is also a modern children’s play area there. Various supermarkets in the vicinity.
