About this space
This spectacular private cottage laying on the cliff in rural Benijo above the ocean at the trail head of Anaga National Park.
Breath taking views of the rugged Anaga mountain range and the Atlantic sea, short walking distance to iconic restaurants and beautiful secluded black sand beaches.
A perfect place to reconnect with nature and oneself, away from noise, crowds, and surrounded by a land before time. Take a deep breath at this unique and tranquil getaway.
The space
This lovely cottage is accessible from the road. The drive up the first time may seem tight but after a few times one gets the hang of it and it is not noticeable. There is a carpool where one can park or along the driveway.
As you walk into the property you can find two patios: the front patio with a bench and table and the side patio, more private with lounges. There is also a hanging hammock along the entrance under the trees.
The house has two floors, the bottom floor offers a room “bodega’ with a bed a table and outside sink, is next to the BBQ and with a separate entrance. The main space downstairs offers a living room, TV, sound system, Kitchen and Bathroom. The views are amazing from every room.
The top floor offers two bedrooms one master bedroom with a queen size bed and another room with a single bed that can become double. There is also a living room with a large size futon and a small TV.
The property line links with the trail to Chamorga. From the edge of the property line one can see Benijo Beach tucked underneath. One can also walk from the driveway through the local farming fields to the restaurants.
This house being at the edge of the village gives you a sense of privacy and security yet you are only a couple of minutes from the restaurants.
You can walk the wooden staircase down to Benijo and Fabayan beaches. As well as walk along the coast to Almaciga beach and town.
