Positive: Location and facilities. Most of the reception staff were very nice.

Negative: I’m not sure whose fault this was , but we were told we only had 1 room booked a week before departure from Dublin. That was stressful. In addition, we were chat€54 for a cot . A crazy fee, but we paid it on arrival. When my daughter was checking out she was asked for the €54 again, as they inferred that it hadn’t been paid. They accepted that it was paid. No apology for either mistake. If the customer is right, then tell them, and apologise. We all make mistakes.

Summary: Very good.a lovely hotel exceptionally clean . Our housekeeper was really very nice and a very warm lady Unfortunately
