Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Location very close to beach, large common space and 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms fully equipped kitchen (dish washer and cloth washer). Nespresso coffee machine. Was very quiet. Parking was easy at the beach parking. It was not free but it was very cheap. We would arrive at 7 to 8PM and pay 3Euro (coins only, no bills, no cards). This would give us 3hours of parking during working hours and free parking overnight after 8PM. So one hour before 8PM, free overnight then 2 hours in the morning starting at 9AM. There is free parking elsewhere but it's quite far away.

Negative: Dirty stairway up to 3rd floor with very poor lighting. AC was only in common room and didn't cool the kitchen, 3rd bedroom and second bathroom very well. Balcony was dirty and view is of dirty unappealing interior courtyard only. Balcony curtains were very dirty. Street level door was very difficult to open and was left open(unlatched). The one time I had to open it, I almost gave up and was going to ask a local waitress to try to open it for us...
