Positive: Excellent location, but this is a place only for people who prefer to interact with AI rather than people. Personally I prefer to have a reception desk etc. The room was tiny but it had everything one needs. Unfortunately my room was next to the laundry room and people do their washing also late at night.

Negative: No interaction with people, only AI. Room was next to laundry room, so I was bothered by the washing machine. No view from the window.

Summary: Very good for people who are happy to interact only with automated instructions.
