Positive: View from balcony, close to sea and supermarket, nice pool.

Negative: Bed on couch is not comfortable, maybe for two small children, not for teenagers or adults and also plastic chairs on the balcony are not suitable for adults with over 90 kg, too weak. Here and there some furniture modifications could be done, otherwise it was OK.
