In a separate annex, you’ll find the washing machine. From the living room, there is access to the bathroom with a large shower and the stylishly decorated double bedroom, complete with built-in wardrobes.
Outdoors, the covered terrace is perfect for al fresco dining, and the pool area is surrounded by lawn and a traditional Mallorcan patio — an ideal spot to relax and enjoy the weather and views. Villa Roqueta is the perfect retreat for a romantic getaway or a peaceful family holiday, with air conditioning, a cozy atmosphere, and a privileged location in the heart of Mallorca.
Important Information:
In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 applies during office hours and €75 outside office hours. Replacement keys must be collected from our office by the guest.
On departure day, no rubbish should be left in the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a €150 waste management fee will apply.
