The Turner II is a newly built house surrounded by chestnut trees, built with stone of the land and Arab tile, preserving the features and the topology of the old constructions of the place. This house has an area of 210 m2, is built on two levels. The ceilings are made of wood and chestnut pottery, the living room with a stone fireplace in the background, on the right is the staircase that gives access to the first floor. Large kitchen completely furnished in wood, with ceramic hob, microwave, washing machine, refrigerator, dishwasher and all the necessary utensils for its perfect operation. Five bedrooms, three on the ground floor and two on the first, composed of two single beds with wooden headboards, wardrobe, tables and desk, all with direct street ventilation. Three bathrooms, two on the ground floor (one of them prepared for the disabled) and another on the first floor. On this floor we have a living room to enjoy with all the tranquility of reading.
The whole house is installed with heating on the floor, through radiant folio, which gives a pleasant feeling of well-being. It is also equipped with a central vacuum system. Outside and next to the house is an area for barbecue, under the shade of chestnut trees, where you can taste the delicious products of the Iberian pig typical of this area.
