Positive: The apartment is the same as in the photo, ground floor, Windows are covered with film. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, a comfortable sofa for relaxing. This is actually the first coastline, so you can quickly find yourself on the beach and listen to the ocean in the evening. The apartment is a little difficult to ventilate, but there is no unpleasant smell. This is generally expected so close to the ocean, I think in summer it is solved by air conditioning (it is) They contacted the owner easily, and settled in even easier. A separate plus is that there are a lot of parking spaces nearby.

Negative: There was nothing like that. I missed the clothes dryer a bit, but we talked to the apartment owner and he promised to fix it in the future.
