The Neighborhood:
Only 15 minutes away from the airport, San Agustin is an Oasis of palm trees, dark golden sand and clear blue waters. The area has a very different feel to most other parts of the south of Gran Canaria, primarily because it is residential and therefore lacks the tourist crowds. Along the coastal walkway you find plenty of outdoor cafés, restaurants and bars. Loungers and parasols are available for rent, along with other services such as showers, lifeguards, free parking and good bus links to Maspalomas.
Getting Around:
There are great links to and from the airport, to Maspalomas and Mogan, and also to the city of Las Palmas. However, if you prefer not to travel by bus, we would be more than happy to arrange a competitively priced private transfer for you.
