This small finca, consisting of two separate buildings, was built in traditional Mallorcan style and is located near Santanyí. An iron gate leads to the property. On the right is the main building and on the left is the outbuilding. In the main house there is a living-dining room with open, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, combi fridge and washing machine and a double bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom en suite. In the annex are two further double bedrooms with two single beds and en suite bathroom. All bedroom windows have mosquito nets so you can sleep undisturbed even with the windows open.
The living-dining room, equipped with satellite TV, music system and internet, has an exit to the cozy veranda, furnished with table and 6 chairs. There you can enjoy not only the meals, but also the view over the pool and the green. The brick barbecue is located opposite the porch. The pool is framed by sun terraces with enough space for the beach chairs. There is also a lawn behind the pool area and an outdoor shower is available.
You can either park your vehicle on the forecourt in front of the iron gate or just behind it.
The fine sandy beach of Cala Santanyí is just 2 km from the house and the town of Santanyí is only 1.5 km away. There are two big supermarkets, many shops, as well as ATMs, pharmacies, many restaurants and bars and every Wednesday and Saturday the popular farmer’s market. In just 5 minutes drive you reach the picturesque fishing port of Cala Figuera. Also worth a visit is Cala d'Or with its white houses in Ibizan style and the hustle and bustle. Absolutely recommended is also the dreamlike kilometer-long white sand beach Es Trenc, in the car also easy to reach or perhaps a visit to the caves "Cuevas Drach" in Porto Cristo.
