Situated in the newly built development of Rocio II, at Gabriella Mistral Road in La Mata/Torrevieja area, Costa Blanca . It is fully air-conditioned: air-condition in each of the the two upper rooms and a powerful one in the lounge, dining area and the kitchen It has beautiful views looking over the park and sea. It is at a walking distance to a shopping centre with supermarket (Marcadona), restaurants, banks, pharmacies etc. The beach stretches from Torrevieja to La Mata. The seaside resort of La Mata is a beautiful and popular destination. La Mata has some fine beaches, a good selection of bars and restaurants.
It is a three bedroom villa.. As you enter the gate there is a large tiled front yard. Stairs leading to a sitting terrace to the front door into a large lounge with two sofas. There is a dining table for 6 people. There is a fully equipped kitchen. The lounge, dining area and the kitchen are equipped with a powerful air-condition.
On the ground floor there is an additional bedroom along side the two main bedrooms upstairs, with two single beds and a ceiling fan. Beside is a shower room with a toilet.
In the first floor, there are two bedrooms: the main is a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds and a sofa bed. Both have air conditions.
There is a family bathroom with a bath and shower over, basin, bidet, and toilet. Attached is a large sized balcony with table and chairs looking at a well maintained beautiful park and sea view. Then you can go upstairs from the balcony to the solarium with sunbeds for a better look at the sea and park. There is a large communal swimming pool with designated area for children
The villa is also fitted with a security alarm system for maximum safety of your belongings when you are out.

The villa benefits from all the facilities of both La Mata and Torrevieja. Near-by is a walking distance to a supermarket , pubs , restaurants and small beaches. La Mata beach is a 5 minute drive, if you have no car, one fare of 1.40 euros from the main street you can get there. Or also on the other side to Torrevieja , with 5-10 minutes drive to its town centre with a newly built harbour and shopping centre of Habanera, Carrefour and other supermarkets.
