Spacious holiday villa with private pool in a very quiet residential area. The house is located on a very large plot with mediterranean ambience (not overlooked).
For the tenants are 3 apartments available (which are only rented out the the same tenants and not to other people). The pool is a big roofed pool, which is heated in winter. In summer the doors are to open.
There are many places to sit and terraces where several families can undisturbed relax and children play and romp.

There is a nice and spacious barbecue area with a large bricked table.

The keys will be handed over directly at the house by the caretaker. Please get in contact 1 week before arrival to confirm the arrival time. To him are to pay the additional expenses like final cleaning etc.
