Positive: The view is exceptional and the sunsets spectacular. The sun patio is very private and not overlooked at all. Facilities are good, everything you need for self catering including a small oven/grill. The coffee machines are the 'pod' type. One is nespresso and the other is NESCAFE® Dolce Gusto®. Access road is a dead end & only for a few properties, so it's very private and secure. Host is very reactive and sorts any problems out quickly. (propane ran out but was replaced within an hour) There is decent wifi and you can watch streaming TV if needed.

Negative: You have to pay for the aircon, not mentioned in the listing or pictures when we booked/visited. There is a meter than we think takes Euro's but there are no instructions. Luckily we are fine with just fans (2 fans available) and the elevated location is cooler in the evenings anyway. The area directly below is a bit of a building site (messy) but you dont really see it unless you stand at the balcony. Worth saying that the property below is occupied, they are very quiet and private though. You can see/hear the motorway, the cars make a 'clack' as they pass over the bridge expansion joints. You get used to it but it's worth mentioning, it is not a completely quiet location. Everyone mentions the access road, it is very steep in places but you quickly get used to it, dont let it put you off.
