Positive: great place for familes over halloween and any festivities. loads of options to choose from and safe. sports bar staff were very helpful showing requested games on tv

Negative: when we were almost the only family there, very little enthusiasm was given to keeping the kids entertained. lots of activities cancelled or cut short. no communications between reception and activities staff

Summary: a super time for the family during busy events but a bit of a let down when we were alone
