It is an old construction that my father used as a cellar, which was necessary to keep the fresco for fermentation, stone walls 70 cm wide and 4.5 meters high.
Now the condition as a holiday home, maintaining its structure and height, adding a roof as parking or other use you want, and on it a terrace was made, from where you can see beautiful views of the sea and the mountains.
As seen in the photos in the lower part, 35 m2 is the kitchen - dining room and living room, bathroom and bedroom, washing machine and storage room, the upper part built with colored wood, accessed by the stairs and the room is located 15m2 and 1.5m double bed and access to the terrace.
The house on the right is my property, which I only use to spend the month of August, so I close the warehouse that month, in order to keep my clients and mine intimate.

All the houses that are close to the four sides, only use them to spend the month of August, only an older man lives. So you will feel maximum tranquility.
