The vacational rental home is bright, modern, welcoming and spacious. Spacious rooms on two levels, on a plot of 400 m2. When you walk through the front door, you come into the living area with open kitchen. On the left side you have a large living room with a comfortable sofa, satellite TV and DVD and free Wi-Fi. On the right side you have a modern kitchen with everything you might need. A large induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and many small appliances. The dining room can accommodate up to 8 guests. There is a bathroom with shower off the living room. Here is also one of the bedrooms with double bed and next to it a smaller bedroom with a sofa bed. This is ideal if you have small children. There is a separate room (without connecting door), but is right next door. Both bedrooms have direct access to the garden. Adjacent to this bedroom there is a private ensuite bathroom with shower.
On the first floor there are 2 more bedrooms. One with double bed, ensuite bathroom with large shower and private terrace. From here you have a wonderful view over the Orotava Valley and the mountains. The other bedroom, also with a double bed also has a private bathroom. This is spectacular with 2 sinks, tub, extra large shower, bidet. Lots of natural light. Here nothing is missing. And also a private furnished terrace of 20 m2 with spectacular views of the sea and on the Teide.
Dorina is surrounded by a garden. At the pool there are chairs and an outdoor shower. The terrace beside the pool is furnished. You can have lunch or dinner outdoors. There is always enough parking spaces in front of the house, but you also have space for 2 cars inside.
In back of the house, in the outdoor area is a washer and dryer.
It is very quiet, in one of the best areas of Puerto de la Cruz. In just 10 minutes you can reach Puerto de la Cruz and beaches. On foot you can also reach La Paz 10 - 15 minutes. A taxi to the home of Puerto de la Cruz only costs € 4. The neighborhood has several supermarkets and restaurants. Nearby you will find the famous bar Casa Abaco, an elegant Canarian Villa. In La Paz there are also numerous restaurants, bakery, pharmacy, bank, kiosk. There you can also visit the Botanical Garden. Only 500 meters away, you can play golf in one of the exclusive golf courses on the island: The Rosaleda Golf.
