Open plan lounge, with 50" TV, full TV package, Bose blue tooth speaker, dining area and full kitchen, with gas hob and oven, washing machine, fridge/freezer, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, juicer etc - the property has been refurbished to a high standard.
Outside there is a large 80 m2 terrace with comfortable loungers, table and chairs and sunbrella where you can take in the sun and enjoy the view. There is also a built in bbq (based on a design by Cesár Manrique) and a large garden area. Welcome Pack provided on arrival. Towels and linens changed weekly. Situated in the quiet and peaceful village of Nazaret - there is a small supermarket at the end of the road and there is a bar within walking distance. There are further bars and restaurants in the old capital of Teguise (home to a very large Sunday market) which is approximately 2km. You will also find a Pharmacy and a doctor´s surgery in that area. Nearest beaches are approximately 15 minutes by car.
