The outdoor areas are equally impressive, with expansive grounds, a large summer kitchen, and a triangular, free-form pool that is angled for all-day sun. There's also plenty of shade on the lounge terrace or beneath the garden pergola, and you can easily walk to nearby Bunyola (500m) where you'll find small bars and restaurants, local shops, and a bus connection to Palma (23km). Bunyola is a charming town that is popular with walkers and cyclists, and it comes to life on Wednesdays and Saturdays when the market is in town. Bunyola is also located at the apex of the so-called golden triangle of Deià, Valdemossa, and Sóller, which are all just a 20 to 30-minute drive away. Here you'll find artisan shops, upmarket cafes, and picturesque streets. Your nearest beach is Platja den Repic, which is part of the long sweep of fine sand that runs around the crescent bay of Port Sóller, and there are many other small coves and beaches tucked into the northern coastline. Press code 18126A, this will open the gate. Once through the gate there is a door on your left, in this room you will find a grey box on the wall, inside you will find a set of keys. (Always leave the keys here when you leave the villa). To release the gate to leave, next to the grey box there are 3 switches. Press the first switch. Parking: There is a parking in the grounds of the villa. (No access to into garages for guests). Safe: no Information guide Simpson Travel information book is in the villa DRIVING DIRECTIONS FROM PALMA AIRPORT - approximately 20 minutes We suggest that before you set off, you acquaint yourselves with the way your odometer works. In most cars it is electronic. To reset most of these models you need to press the button once to reach the day reading and then press and hold until the reading flashes for some time and then becomes zero. The road network in Mallorca is often being updated therefore the road numbers on signposts may not correspond to those on maps. Where this is the case, we have tried to use landmarks as much as possible. Please take care driving on these roads and remember to drive on the right-hand side! 1. From the multi-storey car park follow the blue signs for Palma. Join the motorway in the direction of Palma. 2. Take Exit No.3 signposted Andratx/Alcúdia. Now you have joined the Ma20 motorway. 3. Take Exit No. 5a for Sóller, and proceed along the slip road, following the signs for Sóller you are now on to the road Ma 11. 4. Continue for approximately 11.5 kms passing through the roundabouts. 5. At the next roundabout, this has a single olive tree in the centre. Take the first exit onto the Ma 2010 sign posted Bunyola / Orient. 6. Continue up the hill passing an Agromart shop on your left, go over the train lines, go over the speed ramp, and about 60meters on your left you will see an estate agents called Fernando Dameto turn left here. 7. Follow this road, before the car park, turn left here. You will see a sign Jardins d’Alfabia. 8. Continue along this road, aprox 100m you will see a lot of green post boxes on your left. Turn right here. Ses Argiles is now on your right. You will find the drive with a large metal gate about 10 meters ahead. Welcome to Villa Argiles
