LAYOUT: This magnificent property is on two floors connected by an outside and inside staircase. We find the pool on the main level. We have three bedrooms (one with double bed, one with two single beds and the last one with a single bed) and two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub en suite). There is a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room. Upstairs are two bedrooms with twin beds and a bathroom with shower. We have an open space where there is a kitchen and a living room with a sofa bed. Since this room is access to a terrace. The thick stone walls keep the house cold during the summer months. This house has a strong character and a countryside style with wodden beams, tiled floors and local furnishings creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
OUTSIDE: The villa has a large plot with a kept garden with palm trees, fruit trees, grass and plants more a beautiful, private beach-style swimming pool with an outdoor shower and sun loungers with parasols. We found a covered terrace with a relax area, furnished with table, chairs and sofa, creating a nice quiet and comfortable space. The property has two garages and space for more vehicles if necessary.
LOCATION: Located in a prime location, just 10min from the sea. Just steps from the supermarket and restaurants.
