As you enter the property, you are greeted by a welcoming living/dining room with a corner sofa and flat screen TV, offering international channels. The villa has a separate kitchen with everything you need to rustle up some local delicacies.
It has three bedrooms; one single, one twin (both on the ground floor) and as you make your way upstairs, you will find the master bedroom leading out onto a lovely, spacious terrace with modern seating – the perfect place to watch the sun go down. This bedroom also features a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom.
Once settled into your place for the next week or two, make your way outside where you can lounge around in the garden, appreciating the peace and tranquility that this villa has to offer or just soaking up the Spanish sun. To access the villa there is a path which is 85cm wide alongside 3 steps. The front door has a width of 80cm. Entrance to the villa is via the poolside patio doors. The terrace is flat and open. The pool itself has ladder access. The ground floor bedrooms have a door width of 70cm, whilst the bathroom door is 65cm wide. There are 16 steps to the first floor.
