Villa Eliana is a large five-bedroom detached villa, situated in the heart of the Los Mojones area of Puerto del Carmen in Lanzarote, Canary Islands. It is an easy walk to both the Old Town and the Avenida de las Playas areas. It can sleep up to 12 people and has a large private heated pool with its surrounding sun terrace that enjoys lovely sea views. The villa has air conditioning in all the bedrooms.
The villa enjoys a high level of privacy on the sun terrace due to the tall volcanic walls. On the upper terrace, there is a chill-out area for comfortable modern furniture, as well as a dining table and chairs for alfresco dining, a fridge, and a barbecue. Steps lead down to the pool area. The pool is electrically heated in the Winter between the months of November and April inclusive. It is a large salt-water pool and measures 10m x 6m with a pool cover and roman steps. On the surrounding sun terrace there are a number of sun loungers with sun umbrellas, and a further patio table and chairs.
Patio doors from the upper terrace lead into the living and dining area which is spacious with comfortable furniture for relaxing. The villa has free wifi throughout and there is a modern entertainment system with an HD multi-channel TV including English and Irish channels. An arch leads from the living area through to the dining area with a dining table and 8 chairs. A second arch leads to the large fully equipped kitchen that consists of a dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, hob, and a separate utility room.
There are five bedrooms. The master bedroom has a super king-size double bed with an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a super king-size double bed and a queen-size double bed with an ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom has two single beds with an ensuite bathroom. All the ensuite bathrooms for the first three bedrooms consist of walk-in showers, baths, wash hand basins, WCs, and wall-mounted hair dryers. Bedrooms four and five both have two single beds and share one bathroom. So there are four bathrooms in all. All of the bedrooms have free air-conditioning.

The villa is cleaned for guests' arrival and linen and bathroom towels are provided. Pool/beach towels are also provided for your convenience. There will be additional cleaning and linen changes weekly or midway through your stay in the case of stays of between 10 and 13 nights.
Villa Eliana is situated in the Los Mojones area, which is a lovely residential area of Puerto del Carmen within easy walking distance of the Old Town and also of the Avenida de las Playas. The now popular resort of Puerto del Carmen was originally a small fishing village. Over the years it has grown into a large holiday town with a wide variety of restaurants, bars, and shops. The restaurants offer a wide choice of cuisine ranging from traditional Spanish restaurants that offer local products to restaurants offering international menus from around the world. The nearest beach is Playa Grande which offers water sports and sun loungers and sun umbrellas are available for a small charge. The taxi and bus service is not too expensive and reliable if you want to explore around a bit. It is only a short drive to the Puerto Calero marina for example, or you could take a water taxi from the Old Town. Activities to consider would be the water park at Costa Teguise, horse riding in Macher, the whale museum in Puerto Calero, shopping centres, spas and wellness centres, a sports centre, bike hire, mini golf, go-karting, tennis, golf, diving, deep sea fishing, island excursions, boat trips or the Rancho Texas Theme Park.
As you can therefore imagine, car hire is not essential for staying in this villa, but it could be an advantage if you want to explore more of the island.
